Editorial Policy
CodesDex Editorial Team maintains code lists from public sources. Status labels are defined below so readers can see how confident a listing is.
Verified
A code is Verified when an official source lists it as working, or when two independent sources (different site owners) agree it still works and each of those pages has a recent update or check date. A page with no date does not count toward that pair.
Unverified
A code is Unverified when it does not meet the Verified rule yet. That includes a single non-official source, or several sources whose pages have no usable date. It still appears in the active table with a gray Unverified label so you can decide whether to try it.
Expired
A code moves to Expired when a source lists it as expired, when it disappears from all working lists for two consecutive checks, or when vote signals meet the pipeline threshold after review. Expired codes stay on the page for history and are not deleted.
How often we check
Active games are checked on a daily schedule. Hot or newly added games may be checked about every two hours. Timestamps on each page show the last successful check for that game.
How to report an issue
Use the Didn't work button on a code row to send an anonymous vote. For business questions, see Contact. We do not run comment forms on game pages.
